1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to all regions of France, including mainland France and Corsica. Currently, we do not ship to French overseas territories.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct to avoid delays.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Since France is part of the European Union (EU):

  • Customs Duties: Orders valued at more than €150 (CIF — Cost + Insurance + Freight) may be subject to customs duties.

  • VAT: All orders shipped to France are subject to 20% VAT regardless of value.

  • Responsibility: Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

  • For parcels valued under €150, sellers registered under the EU Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme may collect VAT at checkout, so no additional charges apply upon delivery.

Please note: Missing or incorrect customs documentation may delay your order.


5. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Certain items cannot be shipped to France or require additional permits, including:

  • Hazardous materials

  • Certain food and agricultural products

  • Items restricted by EU or French law

If your order contains restricted items, our team will contact you before shipping.


6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the local postal service.

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
